    5 Star Service all around from reception to post op, to follow up phone calls, quick appointments & price Dr. David Hay is the BEST. He works as surgeon to major sports teams in California & they would only have the best for their multi-million dollar athletes. My hand surgery with Dr. Hay had flawless precision. Hay is friendly with perfect bedside manner to set me at ease & feel cared for, not like a piece of meat the way typical surgeons do. I highly recommend & respect Dr Hay as a surgeon.
