We didn't really discuss treatments because he is referring me for further testing before diagnosing the problem

My experience with Dr. Hay and the entire staff has been outstanding. I am very thankful for the care and treatment that I am receiving.

Dr. Hay is a great listener. He listens to my complaints about pain and is very empathetic to my pain. He offers compassion when W/C won't approve treatment.

I wasn't very good at describing my concerns but Dr. Hays was patient and listened to my concerns as well as provided ways to alleviate them.

Dr Hay and his staff are not only professional and knowledgeable, but they're approachable, kind and attentive.!Everything one could ask of a practice and more.

After 3 years of seeing over 10 Doctors trying to diagnose a hand/wrist issue that had been plaguing me and seriously affecting my life, I found Dr. Hay. I feel, after seeing him twice now, that I am finally in the best hands possible. Dr. Hay is a true Professional, caring, and I now finally feel hope-- for the first time in over 3 years. Don't hesitate, Dr. Hay is truly World Class.

Really nice and a thorough doctor. He does care. He is super smart. He was born & bred in Newport Beach. He has a relaxed attitude but rest assured he knows exactly what he is doing. We both find out that I had back surgery seven years prior with another great (spine) surgeon who happened to attend elementary school, middle school high school and college together. When Dr. Hay found out, he exclaimed that my spine doctor was the smartest Dr/person he has known. It was so generous of him; because he is as good a surgeon.
